As
Padmé Amidala wants to return to Coruscant in order to vote in an important
senatorial matter, an assassination attempt on her life gives the Jedi council a
reason to send the two Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and young Anakin Skywalker to protect
her. But since he has last seen Padmé, Anakin has grown ten years older. A lot
has changed. As his master is forced to visit Camino to find out whoever tried
to kill the Senator, Anakin and Padmé return to Naboo. This is the safest place
for her, but what about these feelings, which start to develop between the two
young people? Changing from friendship to forbidden love. Anakin, as a Jedi,
shall know neither hatred nor love, as this would make him vulnerable for the
Dark Side of the Force... Meanwhile Obi-Wan finds out that an army of clones is
being produced for the Republic in Camino. He chases the assassin Jango Fett to
Geonosis, where he happens to find out more... and to find more trouble, of
course. The only one who might be able to rescue him is Anakin, whose life is
stroken by tragedy, drawing him closer to the Dark Side of the Force... And
there is still Padmé, of course...
